Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-driven psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being a part of a collaborative and supportive healthcare team.

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Determine availability and establish a caseload through Sailor Health's patient-matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Massachusetts.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capable of delivering at least 15 sessions per week.

• 1099 clinicians are expected to start with 15 hours per week, while W2 clinicians begin with 25 hours per week.

• Must provide license type and number.

• Must specify the states in which licensed.
