Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment strategies tailored to each individual's needs.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a cooperative care team.

• Handle documentation through EMR and AI documentation systems.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Assist patients via Sailor Health's online practice, offering Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy for older adults.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential.

• Must hold a license in Iowa.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be available to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly.

• The 1099 opportunity requires a minimum of 15 hours weekly; the W2 opportunity requires a minimum of 25 hours weekly.
