Therapist – Older Adults, LICSW / LMFT / LCMHC, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-driven psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular paid case consultations

• Develop a caseload according to your stated availability

• Offer therapy for issues such as grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in later life

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Must hold a license in Vermont

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience is an advantage

• Availability for a minimum of 15 weekly sessions

• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative care team
