Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW-R / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to older adults through virtual platforms.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each individual patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a patient caseload that aligns with your specified availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must be licensed to practice in New York.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Previous experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be available to establish at least 15 weekly sessions.

• Capable of working on a flexible fee-for-service basis as either a 1099 contractor or a W2 employee.
