Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCMH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being an integral part of a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation systems.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Develop and maintain a patient caseload supported by Sailor Health's referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must be licensed to practice in Delaware.

• Hold a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is an advantage.

• Must be able to deliver a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
