Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through virtual platforms.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Develop and oversee a patient caseload with scheduling and referrals provided by the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or similar.

• Must possess a license in North Dakota.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly.

• Capability to operate on a flexible fee-for-service basis.

• Options for 1099 or W2 engagement depending on weekly hours worked.
