Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being a part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently utilizing the streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a caseload through the company's patient matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must hold a license in the state of New Mexico.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Previous experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Ability to conduct a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.

• Options for engagement include 1099 or W2, with minimum commitments of 15 or 25 hours per week, respectively.
