Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a caseload with patients aligned with the clinician's availability.

• Offer support for grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in later life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable qualification.

• Must hold a license in Kentucky.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Capable of providing a minimum of 15 sessions per week.

• A 1099 arrangement requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week; a W2 arrangement requires a minimum of 25 hours per week.
