Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a team-oriented care approach.

• Handle documentation utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) and AI-driven documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Deliver therapy services that are covered by Medicare.

• Cater to patients located in all 50 states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Start with 25 hours per week and expand from there.

• Aim to conduct at least 15 sessions per week with Sailor Health.
