Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate autonomously as a member of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Establish a caseload based on availability, beginning with 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours per week for W2 clinicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Tennessee.

• Have a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably have experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be aiming for at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
