Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC-MH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a cohesive and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a flexible caseload that aligns with your availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential.

• Must hold a license to practice in South Dakota.

• A master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is necessary.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capability to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly.

• Ability to work independently within a collaborative care team environment.
