Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-driven psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a cooperative care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and develop a caseload aligned with suitable patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must hold a license in Wisconsin.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preference for candidates with experience in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for 1099 engagement or 25 hours per week for W2 engagement.

• Must be able to conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
