Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate autonomously within a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a caseload through matched patients and referrals.

• Establish availability and arrange appointments throughout the week, including weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must hold a license in West Virginia.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capability to conduct a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• 1099 clinicians typically begin with 15 hours per week; W2 clinicians start at 25 hours per week.
