Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being a part of a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation through efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Offer support for issues such as grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in late life.

• Deliver services to patients across all 50 states via a virtual practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Licensed in Virginia.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Willingness to conduct at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Capability to work independently within a collaborative care framework.
