Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop and manage a caseload according to personal availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Arkansas.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability for at least 15 weekly sessions.

• Ability to work independently while engaging with a collaborative care team.
