Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while being an integral part of a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Develop a caseload according to specified availability.

• Offer support for grief, loss, isolation, and transitions associated with late life.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Must hold a license in Georgia.

• Have a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Ability to provide a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.

• For W2 opportunity: must be available for at least 25 hours per week.

• Must be an independently licensed therapist.
