Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and develop a patient caseload.

• Deliver support for issues related to grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent qualification.

• Licensed to practice in Texas.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week for 1099 or 25 hours per week for W2 roles.

• Capability to conduct at least 15 sessions weekly.

• Applicants must provide their license type and number.

• Applicants must specify the states in which they hold licensure.
