Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly patients in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each individual patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Develop a caseload of patients based on personal availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be available to establish at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
