Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team

• Handle documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations

• Develop a patient caseload that aligns with the clinician's availability

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Licensed in the state of Missouri

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous

• Minimum availability of at least 15 sessions per week

• Capability to work independently within a collaborative care team
