Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored for each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation utilizing streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and develop a patient caseload through Sailor Health's matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Licensed in the state of Mississippi.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferably have experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability to conduct at least 15 sessions per week with Sailor Health.

• Part-time commitment of at least 15 hours per week for 1099 clinicians or 25 hours per week for W2 clinicians.
