Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation through EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Deliver therapy via Sailor Health's virtual platform for older adults.

• Assist patients in managing grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Louisiana.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week.

• 1099 arrangement begins at 15 hours per week or W2 arrangement starts at 25 hours per week.
