Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative care team

• Handle documentation efficiently using advanced EMR and AI documentation tools

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations

• Develop a flexible caseload starting at 15 hours per week for 1099 or 25 hours per week for W2

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Must be licensed to practice in Connecticut

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous

• Must be willing to provide at least 15 sessions weekly
