Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while working as a member of a collaborative care team.

• Maintain documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Establish a clinical caseload from matched patient referrals.

• Offer support for issues related to grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions through Medicare-covered therapy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Colorado.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

• Commitment to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• License number must be provided during the application process.

• State licensure information is required during the application process.
