Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed psychotherapy to senior adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate autonomously while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Offer care focused on issues such as grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Alaska.

• Master's or Doctorate in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Must be available for a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
