Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Manage documentation utilizing EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and develop a caseload through Sailor Health’s patient matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Alabama.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Minimum availability of at least 15 weekly sessions required.

• Availability can be part-time or full-time.

• 1099 clinicians start with a commitment of 15 hours per week; W2 clinicians begin at 25 hours per week.
