Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each patient.

• Operate independently while collaborating with a care team.

• Handle documentation using efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Build and manage a caseload that aligns with your availability.

• Offer therapy addressing grief, loss, isolation, and transitions in later life.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or a comparable credential.

• Licensed to practice in Hawaii.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capacity to conduct a minimum of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Options for engagement as 1099 or W2, requiring 15 hours per week for 1099 or 25 hours per week for W2.
