Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Develop tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate autonomously as a member of a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation utilizing the efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and create a caseload with compatible patients.

• Collaborate with Clinical Quality Leads, provider support staff, Care Navigators, and Healthcare Advocates.

• Offer support to patients dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must be licensed in Florida.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Capable of providing a minimum of 15 sessions per week.

• For W2 opportunities: availability for at least 25 hours per week is required.

• 1099 classification necessitates working on a fee-for-service basis.
