Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Provide top-notch, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while being part of a cohesive care team.

• Oversee documentation through an efficient EMR system and AI-assisted documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Develop a patient caseload according to your specified availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed in Montana.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preference for candidates with experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Minimum commitment of at least 15 sessions per week required.
