Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-driven psychotherapy to elderly patients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative care team.

• Handle documentation efficiently using advanced EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish your availability and develop a patient caseload that aligns with your preferences.

• Offer support for issues related to grief, loss, isolation, and late-life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must be licensed to practice in Illinois.

• Hold a master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Candidates should be willing to build a minimum of 15 sessions per week with Sailor Health.

• 1099 contracts commence at 15 hours per week; W2 contracts begin at 25 hours per week.
