Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Establish availability and build a caseload through Sailor Health's patient-matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent credential.

• Must hold a license in North Carolina.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Medicare billing experience is advantageous.

• Availability for a minimum of 15 weekly sessions.

• Capability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.
