Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW / LMFT / CPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-driven psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.

• Operate independently within a cooperative and supportive healthcare team.

• Handle documentation utilizing an efficient EMR system and AI-driven documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Determine availability and build a patient caseload based on compatibility.

• Deliver therapy through Sailor Health's Medicare-approved mental health care services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Must hold a license in Nevada.

• Possess a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Minimum commitment of 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Ability to work autonomously as part of a collaborative care team.
