Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, CMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly individuals in a virtual environment.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each patient.

• Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.

• Oversee documentation using an efficient EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations.

• Develop a caseload with patients assigned by Sailor Health.

• Establish availability and schedule throughout 7 days of the week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed in the state of Utah.

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preference for candidates with experience in working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Capability to deliver a minimum of 15 sessions weekly.

• Availability for either part-time or full-time work.

• 1099 arrangement begins at 15 hours per week, or W2 arrangement starts at 25 hours per week.
