Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW-C / LCMFT / LCPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly patients in a virtual environment.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Operate independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Handle documentation with an efficient EMR system and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations.

• Determine availability and develop a patient caseload through Sailor Health's matching and referral system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.

• Licensed to practice in Maryland.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in Medicare billing is an advantage.

• Commit to at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Capacity to work part-time or full-time on a 1099 or W2 basis, as applicable.
