Therapist I, II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, group, or family psychotherapy services.

• Collaborate with clinicians from the Emily Program within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Manage a caseload and provide individual and family therapy in alignment with treatment plans.

• Co-facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Offer guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically appropriate.

• Lead and facilitate treatment team meetings.

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations.

• Execute additional assigned responsibilities.

• Assist with CARE IOP programming focused on binge eating.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess current Associate or Independent licensure in Minnesota.

• A Master’s degree in a field related to behavioral sciences is required.

• Experience in individual, family, or group psychotherapy is necessary.

• A valid driver's license and authorization to drive are required.
