This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, develop, and uphold automated test scripts utilizing Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven test assets to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Automate essential business workflows and intricate end-to-end test scenarios in alignment with business requirements.
• Execute automated test suites, assess test results, and resolve failures through comprehensive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and developers to verify integrations across SAP and related systems.
• Assist in defect tracking, triage, and lifecycle management while ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and automation best practices to support quality assurance goals.
• Over 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in developing automated test solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience in testing SAP applications with proficiency in at least one functional domain such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), or Plan-to-Stock.
• Strong understanding of integration testing methodologies and validation of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in designing data-driven and parameterized automation frameworks and test scenarios.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities with a knack for efficiently identifying root causes.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise application integration projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and test management tools is preferred.
