QA Automation Engineer, Rust, GxP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Create and manage automated testing frameworks for document-generation processes.

• Verify produced documents against the system's status, business regulations, templates, and anticipated formats.

• Establish CI/CD quality checkpoints to avoid regressions and ensure that incorrect documents do not enter production.

• Conduct tests on integrations with Document Management Systems (DMS), focusing on versioning, metadata, workflows, and audit trails.

• Guarantee traceability, reproducibility, data integrity, and compliance throughout automated validation procedures.

• Enhance the platform's automated capabilities for document generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Software/Data Engineering.

• Demonstrated success in delivering scalable software platforms, automated document-generation functions, and production-level integrations with enterprise systems.

• Strong, practical experience in developing production-quality Rust applications.

• Capability to design and extend scalable components for document generation.

• Extensive experience in automated document generation, template engines, structured data transformation, document rendering, and ensuring uniform document formats.

• Familiarity with GxP/CSV validation principles, qualification documentation, audit requirements, traceability, data integrity, and controlled documentation practices.

• Experience in integrating document-generation processes with enterprise Document Management Systems (DMS).

• Background in DMS document versioning, metadata handling, lifecycle management, approval processes, and audit trails.

• Strong grasp of generating reproducible, traceable documents from system or configuration states.

• Ability to reduce manual content creation while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
