Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and execute automated testing frameworks along with reusable test components.

• Develop automated test suites for UI, API, and data-driven scenarios.

• Incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.

• Enhance test coverage and boost the efficiency of test execution.

• Evaluate automated test implementations and mentor team members.

• Participate in technology assessments and advocate for automation best practices.

• Assist in quality engineering efforts across various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in test automation.

• Strong skills in software development and scripting.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

• Experience in Agile work environments.

• Proficient in Selenium.

• Proficient in Playwright.

• Proficient in Appium.

• Proficient in Java.

• Proficient in Spring Boot for API and integration testing.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Proficient in Python.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Git/GitHub.

• Experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

• Familiarity with Jira, qTest, and Xray.

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Kreya.
