This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automated testing frameworks for both web and backend applications.
• Own and enhance Revecore's quality assurance automation strategy.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams regarding build and release processes.
• Design, create, and maintain automated UI, API, database, and integration tests.
• Perform manual exploratory and regression testing as necessary.
• Analyze, document, and manage defects while validating fixes.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend verification.
• Mentor QA engineers on best practices in automation, coding standards, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate during requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and advocate for a quality-first mindset.
• Align automation objectives with product delivery goals.
• Provide QA metrics and reports related to coverage, test outcomes, and defect trends.
• Enhance QA processes and set standards for automation, documentation, and version control.
• Support off-hours production deployments to ensure release stability and quality.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years dedicated to QA automation.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web and backend applications.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Reqnroll (BDD/Gherkin), NUnit, and HttpClient, or similar tools.
• Strong practical skills in C# programming.
• High proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries for data validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration using Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
• Solid grasp of .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Angular applications.
• Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of employment verification and background checks is required.
• Must reside in the United States within one of the specified states.
