This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Implement field sales strategies and promote product growth within the designated region.
• Enhance distribution channels, secure optimal shelf placement, and cultivate relationships with retail partners, store personnel, and local distributors.
• Apply sales tactics to broaden distribution points, maximize shelf utilization, enhance product visibility, and encourage consumer trial and conversion.
• Engage with existing accounts and identify potential new traditional and non-traditional retailers.
• Organize and plan daily and weekly routes to effectively cover the territory and achieve volume and distribution targets.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other sales technologies to monitor activities, manage leads, update customer information, and pinpoint sales opportunities.
• Promote and implement local, regional, and national Trade Marketing and branding initiatives at the store level.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs/OKRs.
• Develop relationships with store managers, owners, and distributor sales representatives through product knowledge, category insights, and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct training sessions on retail products, staff demonstrations, and retailer advocacy programs.
• Embody JUUL Labs’ company values and serve as a product and category authority.
• Attend local trade shows, distributor events, and retailer training sessions as necessary.
• Provide reports on field insights, competitive actions, and account challenges to the Territory Sales Manager and regional leadership.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in CPG, Spirits, Tobacco, and/or consumer electronics is highly advantageous.
• Competency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and a capacity for utilizing CRM software (Salesforce).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively through both verbal and written means, with an emphasis on confidently presenting product advantages to small business owners and retail staff.
• Capability to complete tasks from initiation to conclusion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while following guidance from leadership as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
