This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Meet sales targets for the territory, which includes launching new products and enhancing sales in the designated area.
• Foster customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service and analyzing business requirements.
• Create Monthly Business/Action Plans to align with territory and regional objectives, driving business strategies and cultivating customer relationships.
• Assess territory performance metrics to gauge progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.
• Engage with accounts to establish long-term partnerships.
• Implement the sales process and systematic conversion following new system sales.
• Ensure accurate customer information is maintained in the Contact Management System.
• Complete mandatory reports and data entries, including KPIs, expense reports, and PTO summaries.
• Organize, prepare, and host tradeshows, exhibits, seminars, and clinical meetings.
• Conduct meetings and product training sessions to stimulate product demand.
• Process customer orders and deliver account services.
• Address and manage customer service complaints in accordance with company protocols.
• Enhance technical and industry knowledge while adhering to company policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Develop and adhere to a Development Action Plan with managerial guidance.
• Perform additional related tasks as necessary.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over three years of successful B2B sales experience in a competitive field is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
• Previous dental experience is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to influence decision-makers using data-driven materials.
• Capability to develop and present ROI discussions with clients.
• Strong territory management and analytical capabilities.
• Skill in identifying new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and crafting computer-based business plans.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and colleagues.
• Experience in managing a large geographic territory.
• Technical proficiency and ability to present products effectively.
• Compliance with company and departmental policies, including the Code of Conduct, is essential.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Canada.
