This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive sales performance and meet business targets within a designated territory.
• Promote and inform healthcare professionals about approved products.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other key customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain strategic plans for the territory.
• Deliver balanced, accurate, and compliant product presentations using authorized promotional materials.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute targeted calling plans and maintain the necessary call frequency.
• Identify opportunities for expanding product use while addressing customer needs and clinical considerations.
• Manage and document the distribution of product samples in accordance with Company policy and PDMA requirements.
• Keep accurate records of customers, territory information, and sales activities.
• Utilize approved sales and marketing resources to communicate product value effectively.
• Develop thorough knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, disease states, and product indications.
• Implement the Company's sales methodology, incorporating DiSC communication principles.
• Conduct pre-call planning and post-call analysis.
• Analyze territory performance data, account insights, and sales reports.
• Leverage approved business development resources and promotional budgets.
• Complete expense reports, call reporting, and fulfill administrative requirements.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the Veeva CRM system.
• Monitor and respond to company communications and email correspondence on a daily basis.
• Care for, maintain, and secure company-issued equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conference calls, and professional development activities.
• Support patient-focused programs and initiatives.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Travel throughout the assigned Western Texas territory, including visits to healthcare offices, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other customer locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Experience in supporting limited distribution products is preferred.
• Experience in calling on specialty physicians and healthcare providers is preferred.
• Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
• Skills in territory and business planning.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
• Experience in account management.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent sales presentation and communication abilities.
• Business acumen and proficiency in market analysis.
• Direct selling experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Veeva or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with digital selling and virtual engagement platforms.
