Clow Valve – iHydrant Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance with iHydrant™ and water distribution sales, deployment, and product training.

• Support product demonstrations for clients.

• Engage in trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

• Proactively monitor and resolve field-related issues.

• Identify and engage in iHydrant™ sales opportunities.

• Oversee regional project deployment for utility clients utilizing the iHydrant™ system.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to influence hydrant specifications pertaining to the iHydrant™ product.

• Partner with engineering firms and utility engineers to establish hydrant specifications.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.

• Utilize the escalation process to tackle customer service challenges.

• Raise issues to cross-functional teams to address implementation challenges promptly.

• Act as the subject matter expert on new product features, supporting client onboarding and feature training.

• Comprehend client business requirements, communicate project updates and expectations, and foster customer relationships.

• Relay feature requests to Product Management to enhance the product.

• Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Travel estimates of 75% are required.

• This position is remote.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary.

• Proven mechanical aptitude is required.

• Prior experience with hydrants is advantageous.

• Capability to lift and carry a toolbox weighing up to 50 lbs.

• This is an exempt position.
