Territory Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Engage with decision makers through proactive cold calling and prospecting efforts.

• Oversee a designated territory by conducting daily outreach (8-12 calls) to dealerships, collision centers, and automotive repair facilities.

• Formulate and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at enhancing revenue and increasing market share within the assigned region.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers by identifying their needs and offering customized solutions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively address any issues or concerns.

• Deliver value-added services such as product ordering, inventory management, and problem resolution.

• Demonstrate the quality of WURTH products and services through engaging presentations and demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred.

• Proven professionalism and customer service skills are essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with key decision makers.

• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
