This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• Enhance the company's footprint in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and its neighboring regions

• Be part of the leadership and sales team within the organization

• Engage in cold calling to B2B prospects

• Re-engage existing clients

• Market company products through concise sales processes

• Operate within a sales territory of 15–45 miles from your home

• Interact directly with individuals

• Provide clients with valuable assets and reassurance

• Support families and make a positive community impact

• Utilize company-supplied sales systems, scripts, resources, and lead generation systems

• Engage in practical field training, receive daily support, and participate in sales coaching

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory

• Must be goal-oriented

• Ability to manage personal time effectively

• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions

• Passionate about assisting others

• Possess natural leadership qualities

• Strong communication skills

• Capability to work with business owners and employees across various environments

• Commitment to a 40-hour work week with a steady schedule

• Must be open to coaching and eager to pursue ongoing growth and development

• Must successfully pass a background check

• Reliable driver's license and mode of transportation required

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Availability to work Monday to Friday

• Operate within a sales territory of 15–45 miles from home
