This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan for the territory to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Foster and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clinic personnel, and key stakeholders.
• Provide education to healthcare providers regarding product advantages, clinical distinctions, and appropriate applications while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Examine data, detect trends, and convert insights into practical strategies for the territory.
• Utilize both in-person and digital engagement methods to facilitate compliant customer interactions.
• Employ value-based selling and account management strategies to enhance product usage.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Managed Markets, Medical Affairs, and Patient Support to guarantee smooth patient access.
• Keep precise documentation in CRM systems and manage expense reporting accurately.
• Complete mandatory training programs promptly.
• Maintain the company’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory adherence.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in quota-driven sales, preferably in B2B sales or the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a territory.
• Experience with product launches or introductions is preferred.
• Strong skills in business planning, territory management, and data analysis.
• Capability to influence both clinical and business decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel regionally is necessary.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
