This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Engage in sales outreach with healthcare professionals to advocate for medical products.
• Develop, nurture, and uphold relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, OBLs, and ASCs.
• Deliver product information and perform demonstrations.
• Evaluate market trends and customer demands to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Provide reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to the leadership team.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations, product advancements, and competitive landscape.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
• Participate in medical conferences and events.
• Propel and assist in the commercialization of innovative catheters throughout the U.S.
• Offer physician education and case assistance in Cath lab/OR environments.
• Instruct physicians and staff on device operation and procedural integration.
• Address troubleshooting needs during live procedures.
• Implement strategic territory planning and effectively displace competitive products.
• Oversee office-based labs, ambulatory surgical centers, and hospital accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Proven, award-winning record in medical device sales with 7–10 years of experience.
• Preferably possess experience in peripheral or coronary interventions or the endovascular market.
• Comprehensive understanding of vascular anatomy, PAD, CTO, and procedural workflows.
• Established or buildable relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and interventional radiologists.
• Experience in navigating Value Analysis Committees and supply chains.
• Capability to manage OBLs, ASCs, and hospital accounts.
• Consistent achievement of sales quotas in capital and/or disposable device sales.
• Proficient in strategic territory planning and identifying high-potential accounts.
• Experience in displacing competitive products.
• Provide physician education and case support in Cath labs/OR settings.
• Knowledge of competitive economic selling, ROI modeling, and reimbursement processes.
• Employ multi-touch account penetration strategies.
• Ability to articulate device mechanism of action and clinical data at peer-to-peer discussions.
• Skills in training physicians and staff on device usage and procedural integration.
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting during live cases.
• Familiarity with the competitive landscape, including wires, atherectomy, IVL, CTO crossing devices, balloons, and stents.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
• Resilient in navigating long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Possess a credible presence in the lab and confidence during KOL interactions and clinical discussions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory and occasionally nationally.
• Open to coaching and focused on continued professional development.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Must currently reside in Massachusetts, preferably in Boston.
