This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement an annual business plan for the territory to meet sales, profit, and market share goals.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities throughout Eastern Canada.
• Foster growth through partnerships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and OEM accounts.
• Implement company sales programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives effectively.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers among customers.
• Conduct visits and business reviews with customers to pinpoint opportunities and tackle challenges.
• Offer product recommendations and business solutions that align with customer needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely responses.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Titan’s specialty tire and wheel offerings.
• Educate customers on products, programs, and market opportunities available.
• Monitor competitive products, pricing, promotions, and market dynamics.
• Provide market intelligence and gather customer feedback for sales and product management teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports on territory performance.
• Analyze sales trends, opportunities, and customer performance metrics.
• Manage territory expenses in accordance with company policies.
• Keep account and opportunity information updated in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist in product launches, trade shows, customer events, and industry-related activities.
• Communicate customer requirements and market opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Agriculture, Automotive, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in territory sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in the specialty tire, wheel, automotive aftermarket, powersports, trailer, agriculture, industrial equipment, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and expanding customer accounts.
• Experience working with distributors, dealers, and OEM clients.
• Exceptional skills in building relationships and managing customer interactions.
• Strong familiarity with JD Edwards software and hands-on experience.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
• Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal.
• This is a remote/home-based position located within the province of Quebec.
• Travel throughout Eastern Canada up to 50% may be necessary.
• Occasional travel within North America for meetings, training, and trade events may be required.
• A valid driver's license, passport, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory are required.
