This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Create and implement a business plan for the territory aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clinic personnel, and key decision-makers.
• Inform healthcare providers about product advantages, clinical distinctions, and proper usage while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Examine data, recognize trends, and convert insights into strategic plans for the territory.
• Utilize both in-person and digital engagement methods to foster compliant interactions with customers.
• Employ value-based selling and account management strategies to enhance product usage.
• Work in collaboration with Inside Sales, Managed Markets, Medical Affairs, and Patient Support to guarantee patient access.
• Keep precise documentation in CRM and maintain expense reports.
• Complete necessary training within the specified timeline.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and regulatory adherence.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution is mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience in quota-driven sales within B2B or the healthcare sector is required.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the territory.
• Experience with the launch or introduction of new products is preferred.
• Strong skills in business planning, territory management, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to influence clinical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel regionally is essential.
• Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations is important.
