
Territory Sales Manager – Away from Home Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the volume, distribution, and profitability of Away from Home (Foodservice) products along with customer relationships in the designated geographic area.
• Achieve and surpass profit goals, volume targets, and objectives related to equipment and services.
• Build and sustain relationships with distributors and stakeholders in the non-commercial channel.
• Provide training and collaborate effectively with distributor sales teams.
• Optimize profitable beverage sales through programs, promotions, and distributor partnerships.
• Create fundamental business plans and lead the execution of business results in the territory.
• Identify operators and maintain an active customer pipeline.
• Make informed customer business decisions based on opportunity, profitability, and volume.
• Engage with current operators to sustain and expand strategic categories.
• Oversee beverage equipment placements and manage product throughput to enhance ROI.
• Collaborate across different functions including National Accounts, Trade, Equipment & Service, Marketing, and Finance.
• Implement plans and programs to meet sales volume and operating profit targets while managing costs effectively.
• Recognize market, industry, and competitive opportunities for profitable growth.
• Utilize technology and systems to manage customer pipelines, initiatives, and asset placements.
• Ensure profitable and qualified beverage equipment placements.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C food sales.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be willing to travel as needed, averaging 4 overnight stays per month.
• Residency in the Nashville, TN area is required.
• Must be located within 1 hour of a major airport.
• Clean driving record is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
• Experience in foodservice sales.
• Background working with Foodservice Distributors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and time management.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce.
• Ability to cultivate customer-focused relationships.
