This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Proactively oversee and expand a dedicated sales territory in Michigan for our BrandFX and Versalift products, including a pre-existing customer base.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with fleet departments, encompassing utility and municipal fleets, co-ops, contractors, and telecom companies.
• Deliver consultative sales expertise to clients, emphasizing the importance of understanding and surpassing their expectations.
• Clearly communicate the technical aspects of truck-mounted equipment, ensuring that customers are well-informed about product features and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as engineering, customer service, and technical support to guarantee smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent TIME Manufacturing Company and generate new leads.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
• A minimum of 5 years of consultative outside B2B sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment.
• Familiarity with utility, telecom, municipal, commercial truck, heavy equipment, or fleet sales.
• A strong desire to thrive in a customer-centric, collaborative setting, demonstrating accountability and a robust drive to succeed.
• A keen focus on surpassing customer expectations and providing outstanding service.
• Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is advantageous.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing a territory independently when necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and project management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required, including overnight stays.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Ability to effectively collaborate with remote team members.
